· Resource Lending Library & Exchange, Trips & Special Outings, Nutrition Programs, clothing exchange, Public Health Nurse ,Dietian, speech and language services, nutritional snacks for children, cooking classes, community consultation and referral, gymnasium Tuesday, Thursday-Friday 1-2 pm, parent /caregiver workshops
 Lend a Hand -- for members only * escorts to the Centre and medical apponitments * interpretation and translation * by appointment
