You are eligible for the TYJC program if you are:

· between the ages of 16-29;

· not currently working;

· not attending school;

· have a social insurance number;

· have an ability to speak English;

· have stable housing in the city of Toronto (this could be your own apartment/room, a friend's place or a shelter);

· be willing to work Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4:30 pm;

· be willing to talk about what is stopping you from working, and

· be willing to hear ideas about how you could become more 'work-ready'.
