The website will be maintained by a committee of members and
volunteers. There would be support and training for them. They would be
responsible for hands on maintenance of the site and they would provide
input like taking pictures during events and adding the information to the
site.

Our group had an animated discussion about what the CLN model
is. We thought about what we specifically would want in the CLN.
And this is a list: We talked about how to minimize frustration. We talked about
being very clear.

We have to create a buzz, and start with something manageable and sustainable. If we think of it as a cycle, it has to be sustainable, include life long learning, resources and HR to enable it, a feeling of celebration, orientation and training and early and continual shareholder input and feedback. |

Shelley: In the next round, we will use the information that we came
up with in the blitz this morning, as well as information from focus
groups that were conducted by The Working Group.
We will start to identify your needs and wants for communication
and information. We will not talk about technology tools for this
particular work. We first have to identify what we need and then we will
determine the tools that we need to accomplish those needs. We need to start getting down into specifics now. Think about
all the different stakeholders points of view. Another axiom that I would like to introduce to you is: “You understand the instructions only after you have assembled the red wagon.” It's okay that we don't have a concrete idea of what the final product looks like. Let’s get to work on the next assignment. |
