My name is Kevin Brewer, volunteer with St. Christopher's House for almost 4 years. Right now I am tutoring once week, as part of the after-school program for children. My goal is to complete my degree in education to begin teaching at the Elementary Level.

I believe in providing a solid and encouraging atmosphere for a child's education. I feel it is the responsibility of us "grown-ups" to ensure that children have all the opportunities to grow, learn and experience, to help out with their problems and to congratulate them on their strengths and creativity.

I think St. Chris is one of these places of great support for children and I am proud to be a part of their family of volunteers.
