Supportive Housing Program is a service that provides on-site support services to help older adults and people with disabilities with their daily activities enabling them to live independently in their own apartment and community. Supportive Housing services are provided to residents of 20 & 25 West Lodge Ave. and 1447 King St. W. in the West End of Toronto. The essential services offered through the program are provided at no cost. Funding is provided by the Ministry of Health, Long Term Care Division.

Residents who require 3 or more of the following essential services may be eligible for the Program:
